The pictures were taken after Christmas last year. The train I took was almost empty, so the trip was very comfortable. Traveling by train in the states is a completely different experience as most people travel by car or plane. Trains stop at each station for ~20 - 30 seconds to allow passengers to alight, then the doors automatically close and the trains move on.  Feel like subway. ...
