The ralay lne from Bejng to Zhangjaou(Jngzhang for short), hch as desgned by Zhan Tanyou,as fnshed n 1909. t as the frst ralay lne bult n Chna thout help from other countres. These photos ere taen on Jan 14th,2006 hen  too a al along the ralay lne from Nanou to Qnglongqao, here trans have to clmb up hgh mountans.

Nanou ralay staton.
t as at here that the ceremony for the fnshng of the ralay lne as hold on Oct 2nd,1909. As  sad before, the trans have to clmb up hgh mountans ahead, so only one locomotve s not enough especally for freght trans. As a result, Nanou has many locomotves atng to be used at the end of a tran to help t clmb up mountans.

t s located at Juyongguan, not the orld-famous one foregners often vst at Badalng. Here the Great all s very steep, hch maes t hard to clmb up. But just for ts steepness, t also attracts lots of vstors.
